Welcome

Message from the President

GREETING

Be the one who creates answers,
not the one who waits for them.
Here, you won't find mere "tasks" —
you'll find "creation."

Diepro is a die manufacturing company based in Sagamihara, Kanagawa. We have built trust by tackling challenging machining projects for major manufacturers and delivering real value.

In our manufacturing, there is no fixed "right answer." We work backward from the finished form, form hypotheses, test, and start over. Only through that cycle do we finally arrive at a shape.

That is why what matters most is the ability to keep thinking and the determination to see things through. You don't need prior experience or knowledge. We have an environment where you can learn step by step.

Our philosophy is "turning 0 into 1."

I believe that applies not only to manufacturing, but also to personal growth. Our facilities are in place, and we have reliable teammates. What you need is the willingness to say, "I'd like to give it a try."

We look forward to meeting people who think together, wrestle with challenges, and bring ideas to life. Let's find answers together that no one has reached yet.

Job Description

WORKS

What do we do?

Manufacturing that turns
"0 into 1"

Our work spans design using CAD/CAM, machining that cuts and shapes metal, and assembly and prototyping.

In other words, we are manufacturing professionals who build dies — the molds used to produce automotive parts and precision equipment — from start to finish.

What is a die?

The "starting shape"
that produces tens of thousands of parts

A die is a vital tool that serves as
the original mold for mass production.

Once completed, dies are used on factory production lines
to produce tens of thousands of parts.

Manufacturing seems difficult...

No experience needed
Senior staff will teach you carefully

If you're worried that manufacturing might be too hard without experience, don't be.

Senior employees will carefully teach you how to use machines, read drawings, and more.
